Founder-led discipline at every
level of the stack.
Sphere is built by operators who believe healthcare can be structurally better — and who commit to building the proof.

Marco Di Rezze
Marco Di Rezze founded Sphere with the conviction that healthcare's fragmentation is not a technology problem — it is an incentive problem. His approach combines the capital discipline of a family office operator with the operational intensity of a founder who builds from the inside out. Before Sphere, Marco led acquisitions and operating strategy across healthcare, technology, and real estate, developing the thesis that vertical integration and AI-native infrastructure could structurally realign how care is delivered and how margin is earned. He leads Sphere with a simple principle: if the structure is right, the outcomes follow.

Alessandra Di Rezze
Alessandra Di Rezze oversees the operational execution of Sphere across all eighteen business units. Her background spans healthcare administration, clinical operations, and organizational design — a combination that allows her to see the platform not as a collection of assets but as a single operating system with interdependent layers. Alessandra's focus is on building the infrastructure that makes Sphere's thesis executable: standardized clinical workflows, workforce deployment systems, and the operational discipline required to scale without diluting quality. She believes that operational rigor, applied consistently, is the only sustainable competitive advantage.
